• Flight Bookings (Domestic & International)

• Holiday Packages (Flights + Hotels + Additional Services)

All bookings are facilitated as per the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, and service providers.

3. User Account & Responsibilities

• Users may be required to create an account for bookings.

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Any discrepancies may result in booking cancellations.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately to Make My Dealz.

• Make My Dealz is not liable for any unauthorized transactions made using your account.

4. Booking & Payment Terms

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from airlines, hotels, and travel service providers.

• Prices are dynamic and may change without prior notice. Any fare difference at the time of final booking confirmation must be paid by the customer.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. Payment processing is done through secure payment gateways.

5. Cancellation, Refunds & Modifications

• Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, or service provider. Please check the cancellation terms before booking.

• Some bookings may be non-refundable or have cancellation charges as per the provider’s policy.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the provider’s refund policy and may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

• Date changes, modifications, or rescheduling are subject to provider terms and may involve additional charges.

6. Responsibilities & Limitations

• Make My Dealz acts as a travel aggregator and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by airlines, hotels, or third-party partners.

• We do not guarantee ticket availability, price fluctuations, or service quality.

• Any disputes related to airline delays, hotel stays, baggage loss, or travel mishaps must be resolved directly with the service provider.

7. No-Show & Liability

• If a customer fails to show up for a flight or hotel booking, it is considered a "No-Show," and no refund will be processed.

• Make My Dealz is not responsible for missed flights, incorrect travel details, or visa-related issues.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising out of bookings or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Haryana courts.
